Refund & Freshness Guarantee

1. Artisanal Perishable Goods

Because all our sweets are freshly handcrafted food products made with pure cow desi ghee and zero preservatives, returned goods cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept arbitrary returns once delivered.

2. Transit Damage / Quality Replacement Guarantee

If your package arrives physically damaged or with a broken seal due to transit mishandling, please photograph the package and notify us on WhatsApp (+91 98106 22933) or email within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement batch at zero cost or issue a 100% full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement before the kitchen batch begins roasting. Once a batch has been rolled and packed, cancellation is no longer possible.
